Chopped Tomatoes

The tomatoes used for Mutti tomato pulp are exclusively Italian, ripened under the hot mediterranean sun, harvested and processed on the same day to preserve their freshness, colour and aroma. After a strict selection process the tomatoes are peeled as well as finely chopped into minute pieces, and yellow or green parts removed. No additives or preservatives are used, so the organoleptic qualities of the product are simply due to selection of the best fruit.

Double Concentrate Paste

Mutti double concentrate is made from the juice of only Italian tomatoes, evaporated according to an old, natural recipe to maintain the quality of all the beneficial substances and to concentrate colour and flavour. Thanks to careful selection of only ripe tomatoes and the scrupulous processing methods used, double concentrate keeps its aroma and intense, tasty flavour.
